Management consultancy

We then assist you through consultancy on very specific issues, as well as systemic change, providing expertise on procedure development, business-process re-engineering and HR optimization.

Structural funds consultancy
Our team can help you identify the best suited financing opportunities, both from European structural funds and Romanian national funds. We then assist you to fill in all the relevant documentation and we offer consultancy to implement the project after the financing agreement has been signed. In addition, we offer both theoretical and on-the-job training, building the internal capability of each of our clients to access future financing opportunities themselves.
